SHIPPING & RETURNS
PROCESSING:
- Once we receive your order, please allow 72 business hours for processing.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a email/SMS confirmation. (please check spam if not received.)
SHIPPING:
- Please allow 7-10 business day for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS and UPS.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email/SMS.
- We use an address validator tool to help verify addresses, however it may not pick up missing or wrong apartment numbers. Please verify your address before completing your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

EXCHANGES:
Please note when requesting to exchange, some items may not be available in the same size or color as the original order.
- Our exchange policy lasts 7 days after your order is received. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit.
- If your item is purchased: at a pop up shop, out the trunk sales, at a fashion show or any other direct location, you have 24 hours after your order is purchased to make an exchange. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please email info@kretcollection.com to begin your exchange process.
- Shipping cost is not included in exchange.
RETURNS:
- Our return policy lasts 7 days after your order is received. ( Direct sales not included )
- Please email info@kretcollection.com to begin your return process.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If you are approved for a return, you will receive a store credit in the amount that was paid by the customer.
- Shipping cost is not included in return.
RETURNED PACKAGES:
- If your order is returned back to the sender, KRĒT Collection, you are responsible for paying for shipping IF its a customer error. Ex: missing apartment number, incorrect street name etc.
SALE ITEMS:
- Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items do not apply.
